Welcome to Contulamie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Contulamie, a company operating in Canada.
2. Description of Services
Contulamie provides public speaking training courses, workshops, and related educational services. Our services include:
- In-person and online public speaking courses
- Individual and group coaching sessions
- Workshop and seminar presentations
- Educational materials and resources
- Newsletter and blog content
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Eligibility

4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Course Registration
Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Course availability is subject to minimum enrollment requirements and instructor availability.
4.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due in full at time of enrollment
- We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified
- Additional fees may apply for payment processing
4.3 Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Available up to 7 days before course start date
- 50% Refund: Available 3-7 days before course start date
- No Refund: Within 3 days of course start date or after course begins
- Medical/Emergency: Considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation
5. Course Attendance and Participation
5.1 Attendance Requirements
Regular attendance is essential for course completion. Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
5.2 Makeup Sessions
Makeup sessions may be available for excused absences, subject to instructor availability and additional fees.
5.3 Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Arrive punctually and prepared for sessions
- Participate actively and constructively
- Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others
- Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All course materials, content, and intellectual property provided by Contulamie remain our exclusive property. This includes:
- Course curricula and training materials
- Presentation slides and handouts
- Audio and video recordings
- Website content and design
- Trademarks and logos
6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Create derivative works based on our content
7. Privacy and Data Protection
